Endogenous intoxication indicators in advanced peritonitis and their correction

Objective. To study the lipid peroxidation processes and endogenous intoxication indicators in patients with widespread peritonitis before surgery during treatment.
 Materials methods. The included 97 (43 men 54 women) aged from 17 to 69 years purulent peritonitis. According treatment scheme, were divided into two groups. Patients group 1 received standard treatment, 2 was supplemented by immunoreactions. concentration of diene conjugates malonic dialdehyde, reduced glutathione, catalase activity medium molecular weight peptides determined blood almost healthy people.
 Results. conjugates, dialdehyde advanced increased significantly depending on clinical stage disease, while enzyme glutathione decreased.
 Conclusions. Immunoreactions combination leads normalization reduction 5th 10th days treatment.
